1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ev777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ev777 website located at https://ev777.org, including all pages, sub-pages, features, services, games, and content made available through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the ev777 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds within that account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy. ev777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) active ev777 account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where ev777 identifies that a user has created multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and any funds or bonus balances within them may be forfeited without further notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep your account details current thereafter. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3.3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ev777 account credentials, including your username and password. ev777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your ev777 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ev777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ev777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you have previously notified ev777 of a suspected security breach.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ev777 operates a mandatory KYC verification process for all accounts. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at ev777's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ev777 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered ev777 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card and bank transfer deposits may be subject to standard processing times of up to 24 hours. ev777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ev777 accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 24 hours for all other supported payment methods, subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your ev777 account.

ev777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where such checks are required, the processing time for the relevant withdrawal may be extended. ev777 will communicate any delays and their reasons to the account holder via registered email or live chat.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ev777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT. ev777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior arrangement.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ev777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to an ev777 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 25 times before a withdrawal request relating to bonus-derived winnings will be processed.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Promotional Changes

ev777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional terms may be updated at any time; the terms applicable to a bonus are those in force at the time the bonus is credited to your account.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of ev777, you agree at all times to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm or disadvantage other users, the platform, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ev777 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account maintenance.
• Opening or operating more than one ev777 account at any time.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the ev777 platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and any pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable. ev777 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in matters relating to fraud, money laundering, and other criminal activity.

ev777 employs advanced fraud detection, IP monitoring, device fingerprinting, and transaction analysis tools to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. The use of VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic or account restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the ev777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of ev777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The ev777 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of ev777. You are not permitted to use any ev777 trademark, trade name, or brand identifier without the prior written consent of ev777. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any ev777 intellectual property for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

Game content made available through the ev777 platform — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed for use on the ev777 platform. All rights in such content remain with the relevant game providers. 8 Limitation of Liability

ev777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ev777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ev777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ev777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.1 Service Interruptions

ev777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary platform downtime, maintenance periods, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, governmental actions, or failures of third-party services or telecommunications infrastructure. ev777 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Game content on the ev777 platform is supplied by certified third-party providers. ev777 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect outcomes arising from defects in third-party game software. Where a game malfunction is confirmed, all affected bets placed during the period of the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the affected players' accounts.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of law applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally.
